Deleting your account and data

The fastest route is in the game: Settings → Delete Account.

That erases your cloud save and closes the anonymous account itself. You do not have to prove who you are or wait on us — you are already signed in. It is immediate and it is not reversible, so make sure it is what you want.

What gets deleted

Your cloud save, your player account, your display name, and the Sign in with Apple link if you made one.

What we have to keep

Purchase records. Tax and accounting law requires us to hold them, typically for seven years. They are a record that a transaction happened — product, value, currency, transaction id — not a profile of you.

Anything we are required to retain to establish or defend a legal claim also stays, for as long as that applies.

Doing it by email instead

If you would rather we handled it, email ceo@astanstudio.com with the subject “Privacy request” and include your Player ID (Settings → About). Without it we cannot find your records — there is no email or username to look you up by.

We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. It costs nothing.
